Some strategies and links to regular exercise at home
I hope this communication finds all of you and your families healthy during this challenging time. The PD community is working hard to provide resources to assist you in staying active and well while stuck at home!
I will be canceling the Parkinson's Community Wellness Program that was scheduled to begin at the end of April at the Northampton YMCA. This will be rescheduled at a later date. Please feel free to contact me with questions.
Sending warm wishes to all of you!
