Parkinson’s Exercise at the JCC
There are some wonderful programs available here in Western and Central Mass this fall. For those of you familiar with the Parkinson's Community Wellness Program, we will be starting up a new 6 week session at the Springfield JCC on October 25, 2017. Please see the attached information for details and contact me as soon as possible. Space is limited, and priority will be given to new participants and those people who have taken the class, but could use support getting back on a structured evidence based program. These are small focused classes with several skilled assistants. You will receive individualized care and attention.
There are also 2 wonderful programs offered free of charge by the Mass Chapter of the APDA. The Good Start Program is for people newly diagnosed with PD (within 3 years) and will include valuable information for you and your family as you navigate this new diagnosis. This program is 2 sessions, and is being held in Worcester.
